“I love to play audiobooks. Lately I’ve been listening to a lot of books about abundance mentality and money consciousness a few nights out of the week. Having my brain focus on that before sleeping has been really great. •
Before that, I’ll be in the bath, so my body will just be in this really relaxed state. And then I soak in that relaxation even more with the audiobook, and then I just go to bed.


It’s always a little remix of any of the combination of these things…but I love Yoga Nidra. I press play on Tracee Stanley’s Yoga Nidra, from a program of hers, as many nights as I can. It’s like 25 minutes too. And sometimes I’ll fall asleep before it’s even over. Then I’ll wake up in the middle of the night and I’ll be like, “Oh, I’m still here.” I love to listen to Beautiful Chorus before I sleep too. Sometimes I’ll listen to Londrelle’s chakra meditations.”
