My antidote to jet lag…
is to take a big green juice whenever I travel. Try not to drink alcohol on the plane and sleep whenever you can.

I wear a sheet mask, under-eye patches and under-eye gel – you have to let go of vanity when you fly.

To help me sleep…
I’ve been drinking tart cherry juice – it’s a natural sleep aid – and my sister gave me a CBD brand that you drop into your night-time tea; it puts you into a state of relaxation.
I try to unplug an hour before I go to bed – I dim the lights, light a candle and listen to Miles Davis and then I really unwind. Aromatherapy is so important for me, and I love a scented Diptyque candle – I burn candles all day and spend a fortune on them.“ // @laurennapier via #netaporter
