Nathalie Walton on how she relaxes before bed

So, who knew about the inflatable hot tub? You mean, I don't even have to break ground?

Tech Entrepreneur Nathalie Walton // How do you relax before bed?

“90 minutes before I go to bed, I stop my computer. I really try to turn off my brain unless there's an emergency or something.

My outdoor inflatable hot tub has changed my life during the pandemic. I have a little bit of outdoor space.
I bought an inflatable hot tub and it is so amazing because it's like you're going to the spa—I feel like I'm at the Ritz-Carlton.

I feel like I'm living up life here and that is what we all need right now. It calms my nerves down. I don't do it every night, but a couple of nights a week I will get in the hot tub and then I'll just do my lavender ritual and I'll meditate (@expectful) and I'll be able to sleep for like eight or nine hours, which is amazing.

My husband was like, why are you going to spend $500 on this? I'm like, well, we're not going on vacation. We're not going out to restaurants. We need something to relax us, and it was worth it because we use it so frequently.”
