Sound & Silence is a multi-sensory experience that merges sound, visual art & wellness.

“Get ready for an intimate evening of storytelling, socially connecting in a safe & sacred space, visually stimulating art & an incredible guided meditation experience, like no other that will transform the way you feel, and have you vibrating higher... This is Sound and Silence.

At the intersection of Sound & Silence, is a vibrational frequency often referred to as the “liminal space”. This is often also called the “sweet spot” in meditative practices in which one is in a lucid, relaxed and altered brainwave state that allows for a deeper practice.

The goal of curating an experience that merges sight, sound, silence & stillness is to engage the user in a way that both fascinates, feels good and also makes meditation more accessible and enjoyable; in ways it may not have been before.
